The future of governance demands a radical increase in the representation of young women in political offices. In nations like Nigeria, where political participation rates for women remain stubbornly low (currently under 5% in the National Assembly), this challenge is compounded by deep-seated patriarchal norms, prohibitive campaign costs, and political gatekeeping. This exclusion doesn't just violate democratic ideals; it actively impedes development, leading to gender-blind policies and perpetuating socio-economic inequality.

To identify, train, mentor, and empower the next generation of young women in Nigeria, dismantling systemic and socio-cultural barriers to their meaningful participation and leadership in politics and governance.

To establish a robust, nationwide network and mentorship platform connecting aspiring young women politicians with experienced leaders.
